EVERETT — Investigators believe they have identified a man who stole a woman’s wallet at Cafe Zippy on June 7.
The crime was the subject of a police bulletin issued Thursday.
Later that day, a 21-year-old Everett man was arrested for investigation of robbery, officers said. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
Police credited the arrest to an anonymous tipster.
