Man drives vehicle into waiting room of Everett tire store

EVERETT — A man who might have been suffering from a medical problem drove his vehicle into the waiting room at a Les Schwab tire store in Everett on Tuesday afternoon.

Two men, a woman and her son were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for a medical evaluation.

The accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the tire store at 2701 Walnut St.

Any injuries were believed to be minor, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.

The vehicle “made it a substantial way into the room,” Snell said.

The driver, believed to be in his 70s, also was taken to the hospital.
