EVERETT — The Port of Everett has signed an eight-year lease with All Ocean Services for space in the Waterfront Center.

The company, which is currently based in Seattle, provides engineering and consulting services to the commercial and passenger vessel industry.

The lease is for 1,532 square feet in Waterfront Center.

“Looking at the Port of Everett, and the expansion of the marina and its properties, I know this is a great place to relocate my business,” said Alfred Favre, All Ocean Services’ owner.

The Port gives the company close proximity to international shipping terminals, the Craftsman District boat yard, and easier access and better visibility for boaters, according to a news release from the port.

The company plans to move this summer into the space currently occupied by the port’s marina office, which will move to the west side of the building.
