MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The Snohomish Pie Co. plans to open a second location on Saturday, this one in Mountlake Terrace.
Mayor Jerry Smith, city councilmembers and City Manager Arlene Fisher are expected to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m., which happens to occur on Pi Day (3.14).
This new location is in the West Plaza at 5602 232nd St. SW between Double DD Meats and Romios. The original Snohomish Pie Co. has been open for 19 years and is located at 915 1st St., Snohomish. In addition to pies, the business serves cinnamon rolls, cookies, sandwiches, soups and salads.
The Snohomish Pie Co. has been ranked No. 2 on King 5’s Best of Western Washington in the “Best Desserts” category the last four years in a row.
