Lynnwood chiropractor elected to state association

Lynnwood chiropractor Stephanie Greenall was recently elected president of the Washington State Chiropractic Association Board of Directors. The Edmonds resident operates Lifeplus Health Centers located at 6501 196th St. SW in Lynnwood. She is a graduate of Western States Chiropractic College and had been in practice for 23 years.

Tulalip Resort to host four Northwest breweries

Tulalip Resort Casino will be teaming up with four Northwest breweries during their Tuesday Tastings “Crafts in the Draft.” It begins tonight with Georgetown Brewery from 7-9 p.m. at The Draft Sports Bar. The lineup includes Deschutes on May 5; Alsan on July 7; and Pelican on Sept. 8. A representative will be on hand to discuss the different nuances and flavors about their featured pours. Individual tickets or a “flight passport” can be purchased in advance and are priced at $25 per person for a single tasting or $80 per person for all 4 tastings, including tax and gratuity.

Frontier recognized by communications firm

Seattle-based cloud communications firm Mitel has recognized Frontier Communications as its leading revenue-generating partner in the United States for two of the past three years. The company noted that Frontier is successfully installing and supporting the Mitel cloud-based and premise-based solutions for public and private universities, hospitals, municipalities and multi-sized businesses throughout the U.S.

Applicant sought for Snohomish economic development committee

Applicants are being sought to fill a vacancy on the City of Snohomish Economic Development Committee. The applications are due by 4 p.m. on Friday at City Hall, 116 Union Avenue in Snohomish. Applications are available at City Hall and may also be downloaded from the city’s website: www.snohomishwa.gov.

Agency receives one-millionth online business application

The state’s Business Licensing Service received its one-millionth online application this month. The lucky business won’t receive a special award or recognition, but the milestone highlights how far online business licensing technology has come. Businesses in Washington must have a current registration and often need other state and city licenses to operate.
