MARYSVILLE — Greenpoint Technologies, which makes and installs custom interiors for Boeing Business Jets, has formally merged with two sister companies — Greenpoint Products and Services in Marysville and Odyssey Aerospace in Denton, Texas.

The Marysville operation manufactures and tests Greenpoint products, while the Texas site does machining work. Greenpoint Technologies’ corporate headquarters are in Kirkland.

The merger mostly aligns Greenpoint’s organization on paper with how it functions in the real world, said Scott Goodey, the company’s CEO.

“The teams at each facility work together on every program, representing true vertical integration,” he said. “We are ‘one Greenpoint’ and it’s efficient to combine our business processes to reflect this. Our clients will continue to receive the same dedication, quality and on-time delivery they expect from Greenpoint,”

Greenpoint has more than 400 employees, and is owned by Zodiac Aerospace, a French company. The Marysville location does make and test components for the interiors of commercial and private jetliners.

Odyssey Aerospace supplies interiors and cabinetry for Boeing Business Jets, Airbus, Bombardier and Gulfstream aircraft.
