Boeing exec to speak in Mukilteo at WWU alumni series

Boeing’s vice president of operations for the 777 and 777X programs plans to discuss the projects and their impact on the future of the aerospace industry in an event in Mukilteo later this month.

Jason Clark is giving the presentation as part of Western Washington University’s Alumni Association’s “Ignite Your Intellect” speaker series.

The event is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 21 at Boeing’s Future of Flight Aviation Center at 8415 Paine Field Blvd. Clark graduated from Western in 1993, according to a press release on the event.

The event also includes a 90-minute tour of the Future of Flight center, where attendees can view 747, 767, 777 and 787 jets being assembled.

Tickets cost $14 for alumni members and $19 for nonmembers. Family ticket prices are also offered. All tickets include admission to the museum’s Gallery Floor Exhibits.
