Announcements: Wishing Stone moves in Edmonds

The Wishing Stone, a jewelry, rock, fossil and mineral shop in Edmonds, has relocated to 523 Main St. The new location is about two blocks east of its previous location at 317 Main St. Wishing Stone’s owner, Janet Yoshikawa, said the additional floor space will allow the store to expand its selections.

Locally owned Premier Risk Solutions has announced the opening of a new private investigative and security agency focusing on corporate risk management solutions. The company is owned and managed by Michael Delamere, a veteran of 16 years in the private sector security profession. Delamere has worked in four major metropolitan areas during his career, including Seattle.

The Edmonds City Council is seeking applicants interested in serving on the City of Edmonds Economic Development Commission. Apply at EdmondsWA.gov, pick up an application at the reception desk in City Hall located at 121 Fifth Ave. N or call 425-771-0247 to receive an application by mail or email. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled.
