University of Washington history professor and author Bill Rorabaugh will speak about the history of apprenticeships at 7 p.m. April 24 at Everett Community College’s Henry M. Skagit Regional Clinics is hosting a community open house from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 26 to celebrate the grand opening of the system’s newest clinic, Riverbend. The open house will feature tours of the 39,100-square-foot facility. The new clinic is located at 2320 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon.
