EVERETT — A woman was arrested in Everett after being chased by police in a stolen vehicle she was driving Saturday, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said.
A deputy spotted the vehicle at about 1:45 p.m. on 112th Street SE near 7th Avenue SE. When the deputy attempted to stop the vehicle, it fled northbound on 7th Avenue.
It hit two cars stopped for traffic at Everett Mall Way, causing minor injuries to a person in one of the vehicles.
A patrol sergeant stopped the pursuit. The three people in the fleeing vehicle ran from the scene.
Authorities located the driver and a female passenger. The male passenger was still on the run, as of Saturday evening.
The driver was expected to be booked into the Snohomish County Jail for felony eluding. No further information was available on the passengers as of Saturday evening.
The vehicle was determined to have been reported stolen from Bothell.
