Hop Mob Roadshow: The Washington Hop Mob Triple IPA Roadshow runs through Feb. 13 at locations around Puget Sound. A number of Washington breweries, including Snohomish County breweries Diamond Knot, Skookum and Beardslee Public House, are scheduled to bring their triple IPAs to events at taprooms and pubs, including the finale celebration at Naked City Brewery and Taphouse in Seattle. Each event will have up to 30 different potent IPAs, which generally clock in around 10 ABV and nearly 100 IBUs, to choose from. For more information, go to wahopmob.com.

Woodinville winery/brewery host grand opening: Washington’s first full-service winery and brewery under one roof, Des Voigne Cellars and B-Side Brewery, will hold their grand opening celebration Feb. 13 and 14 at the tasting room, at 14125 NE 189th St. Suite B, Woodinville. The event will feature two new wine releases, a Malbec and a Sangiovese as well as a new beer, a Chocolate Stout, all of which will be paired with samples of Theo’s chocolates. Valentine’s live music at Beardslee: Beardslee Public House serves up some live music with its craft beer and spirits for Valentine’s weekend. Beardslee will feature the party band Shelley and the Curves at 9 p.m. Feb. 13. The event is 21-and-over and tickets are $10, and can be purchased at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2495187.

Washington Beer Open House: The Washington Beer Commission invites craft beer fans to visit their local craft brewers from noon to 5 p.m. on Feb. 20 as part of Washington’s Beer Open House. Participating brewers have tasty treats, ranging from rare barrel tastings and seasonal releases to savory food pairings. Debuts &Discoveries: Discover the newest wineries, distilleries, breweries and more at the ninth annual Debuts &Discoveries from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 27 at Hangar 30 at Magnuson Park in Seattle, 7400 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle. Marysville brewery At Large Brewing and Lynnwood distiller Temple Distilling will be part of the event, which is a collaboration fundraiser between Seattle Uncorked, Washington Blues Society and more. Whitewall Anniversary Party: Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing will host its second anniversary party from noon to 9 p.m. March 5 at the brewery, 14524 Smokey Point Blvd, Suite 1, Marysville. Whitewall will release five barrel-aged beers to celebrate, including a bourbon barrel-aged version of its Anniversary Ale, an English-style barleywine; a bourbon barrel-aged version of its Jaywalking Grandma, an imperial candy cane milk stout; and an American-style sour ale that has aged two years in a cabernet sauvignon barrel. Bourbon &Bacon Fest: The second annual Bourbon &Bacon Fest is March 5 at Seattle Design Center, 5701 Sixth Ave. S, Seattle. The event features bacon-themed recipes from local restaurants and bourbon tastings from local distilleries, including Heritage Distilling Co. There will be two sessions, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. and 7:30 to 10 p.m. General admission is $70 and includes 13 tastes each of bourbon and bacon.
