Cookbook author to speak at J. Matheson Gifts in Everett

J. Matheson Gifts, Kitchen and Gourmet is hosting a book signing for award-winning cookbook author Lee Clayton Roper. The event is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Roper will be serving food from recipes in her new book “Fresh Tastes from a Well-Seasoned Kitchen.” The store is located at 2615 Colby Ave., Everett.

UW Bothell’s business school maintains accreditation

University of Washington Bothell’s School of Business has maintained its accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Fewer than 5 percent of the 16,000 business schools worldwide have this accreditation that requires excellence in strategic management and innovation with active participation of students, faculty and staff and academic and professional engagement.
