ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Alaska Airlines is planning direct flights this summer between Anchorage, Alaska, and Spokane.
The Seattle-based airline said the nonstop service will be once weekly on Saturdays through Aug. 27.
The first flight from Spokane to Anchorage will depart at 7:40 p.m. Saturday and arrive in Anchorage at 10:20 p.m.
The first Anchorage to Spokane flight will depart at 11:55 p.m. Saturday with scheduled arrival in Spokane at 4:26 a.m. Sunday.
Flights will be on a Boeing 737 aircraft.
