Monroe toddler’s death ruled accidental

MONROE — The death of a 2-year-old boy near Monroe last month has been ruled an accident.

Grayson E. Hill drowned, according to a report released Tuesday by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Grayson was found dead Jan. 29 in Woods Creek after wandering away from his home along Woods Creek Road.

A service was held Feb. 5 in Monroe. His family has asked for donations to Housing Hope in his memory.
