Mountain Pacific Bank has hired two new executives. April Hogan joins the Everett-headquartered bank as a senior vice president, retail banking officer. She will be responsible for all sales, service, marketing and operation of the bank retail channels.

Mountain Pacific also added Robert Fadden as senior vice president and commercial loan officer. Fadden will be located in Lynnwood and will be responsible for commercial lending in south Snohomish and north King Counties.

Hogan began her banking career in 1994 with City Bank, where she held numerous positions. She continued her banking career with Whidbey Island Bank and continued with Heritage Bank, where she was named 2014 Community Banker of the Year.

“I’m thrilled to have someone with April’s depth of experience and range of skills join us. Her understanding and connections within our market and proven ability to grow and develop business relationships, adds a new dimension to our management team that will be important for our next phase of growth,” Mountain Pacific president and CEO Mark Duffy said in a statement.

Hogan is a graduate of the Snohomish County Leadership program and is currently attending the Pacific Coast Banking School. She also serves on the boards of multiple organizations, which include the Edmonds Community College Foundation, Edmonds Public School Foundation, Work Opportunities and Leadership Snohomish County.

Fadden began his banking career at City Bank of Lynnwood in 1986. Most recently he was with Heritage Bank in its Everett Commercial Loan Center.

Fadden is a graduate of the University of Washington and Seattle University’s MBA program. He belongs to the Lynnwood Rotary and is on the board of Work Opportunities in Lynnwood

“I’m really pleased to have someone with Robert’s depth of experience and range of skills join us,” Duffy said. “His 30 years of banking experience in the south Snohomish County and north King County market makes him uniquely qualified for our Lynnwood office.”
