The Snohomish County Department of Public Works advises drivers in the Sultan area that Mann Road (311th Street SE) is scheduled to be fully closed south of U.S. 2 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 20 for railroad crossing repairs.
Burlington Northern Sante Fe and NW Safety Signs will be working on the crossing. Detour routes are to be posted. Emergency and school transportation vehicles also will not have access.
