GROW Washington to hold workshops on Entrepreneurship Week

GROW Washington is hosting workshops to celebrate startups during Global Entrepreneurship Week. Nov. 16 features Speed Dating with the Experts at Everett Library. Quick Start at Shoreline City Hall is on Nov. 17. Meet up in Monroe is at the El Lago Restaurant on Nov. 18. That same day is Show and Tell at the Everett GROW Washington location. New policy analyst hired by state business association

The Association of Washington Business has hired policy analyst and public policy expert Eric Lohnes to serve as the government affairs director for tax and fiscal policy. While at the state Senate, Lohnes focused on health care and insurance policy. He has also worked on housing and tax issues along with serving as the senior economic policy analyst at the Freedom Foundation.
