WOODINVILLE — Faber Construction, based in Lynden, opened an office in Woodinville in October to expand its presence in the Puget Sound area.

The new office, at 18800 142nd Ave. N.E., in Woodinville, is part of a proactive approach to handling business in the area, Faber general manager Tom Landsberger said in a press release.

“Being physically located in the Seattle market is a firsthand example of our commitment to outstanding customer service,” he said. “Opening a Seattle area office was simply the next step in the process.”

The company has already completed multiple projects in Snohomish, King and Pierce counties. They’re currently working on five projects in those counties, including a $4.6 million seismic renovation of Fire Station 18 in Ballard and a $1.5 million renovation of Henry Jackson Park in Everett.

Todd Nyquist, a project manager with 26 years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction, leads the new office.

In Whatcom County, Faber Construction is working on an addition to Parkview Elementary School in Bellingham.
