A source for answers to some tolling questions

Writers over at The WSDOT Blog have taken on some frequently asked questions about toll lanes, including further discussion about where toll money goes, which we’ve also touched on in our own I-405 tolling Q-and-A.

Separately, staff also take on frustrations over customer service, with answers about long call wait times, long wait times for Flex Passes to arrive by mail, and other questions.
