Try fresh bites from the arena’s exclusive food and beverage providers, Spectra Food Services, and network with local business owners. The new scoreboard’s LED video capabilities will be showcased. PNAA announces new board members

Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance has announced its new board. Bill King of SubRosa Aero was elected chairman and will replace J.C. Hall of Esterline. Ted Croft, Pyrotek Inc., was elected vice chairman and will replace Jim Sheehan of Technical Aero and returning board member Keith Sims, Composite Solutions, will replace John Graham as secretary. Hall, Sheehan and Graham will remain on the board. Tom Sanger, Moss Adams, was re-elected treasurer.

Coordinator sought for Snohomish STEM program

The Snohomish STEM Education Network is looking for a part-time, contractual director to coordinate all activities, projects and materials developed by the Snohomish STEM Network. ‘Understanding Airplanes’ class offered at Historic Flight in Mukilteo

A course for airplane enthusiasts covering the basics of aerodynamics, airplane engines and airplane structures will be offered at the Historic Flight Foundation, 10719 Bernie Webber Drive, Mukilteo. “Understanding Airplanes” is offered to the public through the University of Washington Experimental College. Classes will convene at 5 p.m. Tuesday night and will continue Tuesday evenings through to December 8 (except Thanksgiving week). Buffalo Wild Wings to open, offers free wings for a year to first 100

Buffalo Wild Wings is scheduled to open at the Everett Mall on Monday .The first 100 people in line for the 10 a.m. opening on that Monday will get a coupon book for free wings once a week for a year. It’s the third location in Snohomish County for the franchise. The others are in Marysville and Lynnwood.
