4 hospitalized in Bothell crash

BOTHELL — A crash in Bothell on Friday afternoon sent four people to the hospital.

Two had serious injuries, and one of them, a teen, was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, according to the Bothell Police Department.

Two cars collided around 2:30 p.m. along Highway 527, near 228th Street SE. One of the cars was carrying two teenagers, the other car contained two adults, police said. The highway was closed for hours as an investigation got underway.

As of 5 p.m., additional details on the injured were not available.
