EVERETT — Buffalo Wild Wings is coming to the Everett Mall just as football season gets into full swing.

The sports bar and restaurant that features 21 flavors of chicken wings is expected to open on Oct. 5. The business is built next door to Old Navy. The location features an outdoor patio and wall-to-wall high definition televisions.

It’s the third location in Snohomish County for the franchise. The others are in Marysville and Lynnwood.

The first 100 people in line for the 10 a.m. opening on that Monday will get a coupon book for free wings once a week for a year.

“We are very excited to be bringing the Buffalo Wild Wings experience to a new location in Everett and we look forward to becoming a bigger part of this dynamic community,” said Kathy Benning, an executive vice president for the company in a news release.

Buffalo Wild Wings plans to employ 100 at this location and they’re still looking to hire 40 more, said Ken Neary, the general manager for the Everett location.

People can apply by going to www.buffalowildwings.com and clicking on the ‘Careers’ link at the bottom of the website.
