LYNNWOOD — Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who has moved to Lynnwood.
Christopher Lee Shelley, 32, is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to reoffend. He has convictions for child rape from 1995 and 2001. His victims were girls and boys as young as 6. He also has burglary convictions.
Shelley is described as white with brown hair and blue eyes, and about 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds. He is living in the 7000 block of 188th Place SW, according to a Lynnwood police bulletin.
A community meeting is planned for 7 p.m. Aug. 6 at the city courtroom, 19321 44th Ave. W Lynnwood.
