Western Pacific Crane opens Arlington location

ARLINGTON — Western Pacific Crane &Equipment has opened a branch in Arlington.

The new facility is in a 23,000-square-foot building and warehouse on 4 acres at 19602 60th Ave. NE. The facility offers in-house blasting and painting.

“We are proud to open this new cutting edge facility,” said Bob Johnson, president at Western Pacific, in a statement. “As the West Coast’s only authorized Manitowoc, Grove and National crane dealer, we are adding a broader range of capabilities with this facility to better serve our customers.”

The Fontana, Calif.,-based Western Pacific closed its Fife branch and moved to Arlington in November. The company has seven locations in Washington, California, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.

In Arlington, Western Pacific will offer both new and used cranes and heavy equipment as well as cranes for long-term rental purchase options.

Western Pacific carries a full line of parts and accessories for the cranes and boom trucks that it sells and also carries parts and supplies for other lines of equipment. The business has technicians on hand who can perform repairs or other work needed on the cranes.

“Our goal is always to find ways to give our customers faster service and better parts availability,” said general manager Randy DeFosse in the statement. “This new location features both a state-of-the-art parts warehouse, along with a leading edge service center to support Western Pacific customers. The new Arlington facility gives us the tools to stay at the forefront of meeting our customers’ needs for parts, service and sales.”
