Stillaguamish River drowning victim identified

GRANITE FALLS — Officials have released the name of the man who drowned last week while inner-tubing on the South Fork Stillaguamish River near Granite Falls.

Keith M. Millett was 29, of Marysville, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. His death was ruled an accident.

His body was pulled from the river after he went under on July 28. His name was made public on Wednesday.

A memorial service is planned this weekend, according to his obituary in The Daily Herald.
