EDMONDS — Police are investigating an attempted luring reported Thursday morning by an Edmonds-Woodway High School student.
The girl, 15, was walking to school about 6:50 a.m. when she was approached by a man, Edmonds police Sgt. Mark Marsh said. It happened along 220th Street SW near 76th Avenue W.
The man asked the girl to get in his car. She said no and ran away, Marsh said.
The man was described as white, in his 20s and bald, with eyeglasses. He drove a gray or black sedan, possibly a Honda or Audi, with tinted windows. No similar incidents have been reported.
