New VP for Frontier Communications

Frontier Communications has named Cameron Christian the vice president of West Region marketing. Frontier’s West Region consists of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, and includes more than 2,000 employees. He will report directly to Melinda White, West Region area president. Prior to joining Frontier, Christian was director of product, marketing, and analytics for Cox Business California.

Edmonds Lions Club donates $5,000 to food bank

Marysville mayor to hold coffee chat

Marysville residents are invited to meet Mayor Jon Nehring for coffee and conversation starting at 10 a.m. Feb. 26 at the Marysville Fire District Station No. 66 in Sunnyside. County exec holds State of County speech

Snohomish County Executive John Lovick will offer an update on the County from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Feb. 25 at Xfinity Arena, 2000 Hewitt Ave., Everett. Edmonds auto repair shop sold

According to GlassBytes.com, ABRA Auto Body &Glass has acquired seven collision repair centers in Washington. The company has purchased six of Barrett’s Collision Centers in addition to GW Auto Rebuild in Edmonds. These were two separate transactions. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

New online tool helps small businesses get matched with lenders

Small Business Administration will launch a tool on its website that will allow entrepreneurs looking for a small business loan to get matched with a SBA lender. This new tool, called LINC will have small business owners fill out a simple online form of 20 questions and connect them with lenders within 48 hours. Go to www.sba.gov/tools/linc.
