LYNNWOOD — Police on Saturday were investigating a robbery at Chase Bank inside the Lynnwood Fred Meyer along 196th Street SW.
No one was hurt in the holdup, reported about 4 p.m., police Cmdr. Jim Nelson said.
The suspect went into the bank and implied he had a weapon, though none was seen, Nelson said.
He was described as white, in his mid-30s, and about 5-foot-3 with a small build. He work a dark rain jacket, a baseball hat and a scarf over his face.
A police dog search was unsuccessful. Detectives on Saturday night were working on obtaining surveillance video or images that may identify the robber.
