Marketing Solutions owner to speak at workshop

The Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce and Sultan Mayor Carolyn Eslick will host a free business growing workshop. The guest speaker is Andrew Ballard, the owner of Marketing Solutions and a Herald Business Journal columnist. U.S. Bank employees volunteer to distribute backpacks, school supplies

U.S. Bank employee volunteers helped to distribute new backpacks and school supplies for 84 children who reside at Mercy Housing in Lynnwood. The backpacks and school materials were supplied through collaboration between U.S. Bank and nonprofit Schoolhouse Supplies. More than 650 children in seven cities who reside in Mercy Housing rental developments benefitted from the program.

Submissions sought Edmonds chamber’s photo contest

Edmonds Chamber of Commerce is holding their annual photo contest. The winning photo, with photographer’s photo credit, will be featured on the 2015 Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Membership Plaque and Preferred Business Directory.
