Cascade Valley hospital organizes women’s expo

Cascade Valley Hospital and Clinics is seeking businesses, organizations and vendors to participate in the 2014 Women’s Expo on Oct. 11 at Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington. The focus of the expo will be local health and safety related services, local businesses, and community organizations. There are also sponsorship opportunities available. Group Health adds VP

Sue Kozik has joined Group Health as executive vice president and chief information officer. Kozik is responsible for leading the Group Health’s information technology organization and is also leading the cooperative’s efforts to bring together all its IT functions and teams. Most recently Kozik was senior vice president and CIO at Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia.

Grand opening planned for new Everett yogurt shop

A new TCBY, The Country’s Best Yogurt, has opened in Everett Mall Plaza at 1405 SE Everett Mall Way, Suite D. A grand-opening event is planned from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. The store owned by Neeshad Thakkar will give away an iPad and a mountain bike during the event. Thakkar will also make a donation at 4 p.m. to the Boy &Girls Club of Snohomish County.
