Good deeds: Cedar Grove Composting to award scholarship

The Boys &Girls Clubs of Snohomish County has thanked the Medina Foundation for a recent grant of $20,000. The money will help the Boys &Girls Clubs achieve three organizational outcomes: academic success, good character and citizenship and healthy lifestyles.

Cedar Grove Composting will award a $2,500 scholarship to a graduating Everett High School senior this June to be applied to their college education. The deadline for applications is April 11.
