1st Security Bank has hired Jennifer Fisher as a senior loan officer at its Bellevue Home Lending Office. The Eastside resident of 26 years joined the mortgage industry in 2001, when she served as a mortgage consultant, and later joined Cobalt Mortgage as a partner and senior mortgage consultant. Born and raised in Seattle, Fisher and her husband now reside in Woodinville.

PLC Insurance, a locally owned independent property and casualty insurance agency located in Lynnwood, has hired three new agents. James Tassani, Brandon Turner and Dan Wing have joined PLC since the first of the year and come from varied backgrounds. Once they complete PLC’s producer development program, they will specialize in providing risk management and insurance solutions for local businesses.
