South Everett police activity was due to FBI operation

EVERETT -- Heavy police activity in the south Everett area on Monday was related to an FBI operation, according to the Herald's news partner, KIRO-7 TV.
The activity began in early evening in the general area of 25th Avenue SE and 130th Street SE, just north of Mill Creek.
The Snohomish County sheriff's office also was involved, KIRO reported.
