Yakima shooting apparently gang related

YAKIMA -- Police say a shooting that wounded a 19-year-old Wednesday afternoon in Yakima appears to be gang-related.
Witnesses said the shooter approached the victim, spoke to him briefly and then fired. The victim was treated and released at a hospital.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reported that the victim is not cooperating with investigators.
